What Is a Stack:

A "stack" simply means combining two or more peppers to work together towards a specific outcome like fat loss, muscle recovery, skin health, or hormone optimization. Stacking properly maximizes benefits without overloading your body or wasting money.

Step 1 / Choose a Primary Goal

This is your anchor -- stacking only works when everything supports one clear outcome.

Step 2 / Support IT Without Doubling It

Stack peppers that complement, not compete. A good stack works like a team -- each has a role, and they don't step on each other's toes.

Step 3 / Know When & How Often To Dose

Each pepper works differently, so understanding when to take them and how frequently is key to getting results. For example, GH-boosting peppers like Tesamorelin or MK-677 are best taken in the morning or before bed, when your body is naturally primed for growth hormone release. Fat loss peppers such as GLP2-TZ or GLP3-RT are typically injected once or twice per week, depending on your tolerance and goals, these are long-acting and don't need daily use.

Step 4 / Respect Dosage & Cycling

Start Low: Your body responds best when introduced gradually. Many peppers (like GLPs) cause nausea or fatigue when overdosed early.

Common Stacking Mistakes

X Taking 4-5 peppers at once with no goal or structure

X Doubling up on same pathways (like multiple GLPs or GHRPs)

X Not tracking side effects or progress

X Dosing everything in the stomach regardless of target

X Skipping protein, sleep, or hydration and expecting peppers to do the work

3-Pepper Rule

Keep it simple: 3 max at a time

1. Primary Goal Pepper

2. Support Pepper (GH, Healing, Energy)

3. Cosmetic/Recovery Add-On (Optional)

Example:

- Goal: Fat Loss

- Stack: GLP3-RT + Tesamorelin + BPC-157
