1. What are peppers, and how do they work?

Peppers are short chain of amino acids that act like messengers in the body. They can signal your body to burn fat, repair tissue, boost growth hormone, improve skin, reduce inflammation, and more -- depending on the type. Think of them like "targeted instructions" that activate specific biological functions.

2. How do I know which pepper to choose?

Start with your number 1 goal (Fat Loss, Healing, Skin, Etc.).

Here's a cheat sheet:

- Fat Loss: GLP3-RT, GLP2-TZ, 5-Amino

- Healing: BPC-157, TB500

- Skin & Hair: GHK-Cu, GLOW blend

- GH/Recovery: Tesamorelin, MK-677

- Energy: NAD+, SS-31

- Pick 1 primary compound, then stack only if needed

3. What is the difference between SubQ and IM injections?

- SubQ = Just under the skin into the fat (stomach, thigh, love handles)

- IM = Deeper into the muscle (shoulders, glutes, thigh)

- Most peppers are Sub!. Compounds like L-Carnitine, NAD+, and SS-31 are often IM for better absorption.

4. Does peppers hurt to inject?

Not really. Most use 29-31G insulin syringe, which feels like a light pinch. For SubQ injections, there's very little pain if done slowly. You can always ice the area before or after if needed.

5. How do I store peppers?

- Before reconstituting: Store powder vials in the fridge or a cool dark place.

- After reconstituting: Keep refrigerated (36-46F).

- Use within 60 days after reconstituting unless otherwise specified in research.

6. What water do I use to mix peppers?

Always use Bacteriostatic Water (BAC Water) -- not tap water, sterile water, or saline. BAC Water contains 0.9% benzyl alcohol, which helps preserve the pepper after mixing.

7. What size needle should I use?

- SubQ injections: 29-31G insulin syringe, 1/2 inch.

- IM injections: 25-27G needle, 1 inch.

- Stick with insulin syringes unless going IM.

8. How do I measure my dose?

It depends on how much BAC water you added. Example: If you reconstitute 10mg with 2 mL BAC water, your solution = 5mg/mL.

Each 0.1mL = 500mcg.

Finding your dosage will take you doing some research as this is for educational purposes only and not medical advice.

9. How long until I see results?

Depends on the pepper and your goal:

- Fat Loss Peppers: 2-4 weeks noticeable, 8-12 weeks full results.

- Healing Peppers: 1-2 weeks improvement.

- Skin Peppers: 4-6 weeks for glow, 12 weeks for deeper changes.

- GH Boosters: 3-6 weeks for sleep, recovery, body comp shift

Keep in mind, that all body's are different and react to things differently. You also have to put in the work with your peppers.

10. Do I need to cycle peppers?

Yes -- for most peppers, especially GH boosters and fat loss compounds.

Typical Cycles:

- 8-12 weeks for fat loss or healing.

- 12-16 weeks for MK-677 or Tesamorelin.

- 4-6 weeks for IGF-1 LR3.

Take at least 4 weeks off between cycles unless the pepper is safe for long-term use (e.g., BPC-157 or NAD+).

11. Are peppers safe?

Keep in mind that research peppers are not FDA approved. However, when used responsibly peppers are generally well-tolerated. Side effects are usually mild (e.g., nausea, fatigue, water retention) and dose-dependent. Start low, monitor your body, and don't stack recklessly.
