5. Refunds & Cancellations:
- All sales of research materials are final once shipped.
-Refunds and/or replacements may only be considered in cased of damaged goods, defective packaging, and/or incorrect items received on the end of H&S Peppers. Not because you, the customer, ordered the incorrect product.
- Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with supporting documentation. This includes video documentation of you opening your package, as H&S Peppers cannot prove otherwise if the opening of your product package is not shown.
- Refunds, if approved, will be issues to the original payment method and/or as store credit at H&S Peppers discretion.
- Orders may only be cancelled and/or modified within 60 minutes of placement. After this window and/or once processing begins, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

- Request correction and/or deletion of inaccurate information.
