Due to the sensitive nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds or replacements may only be offered at the company's discretion if the product arrives incorrect, defective, or damaged. Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery by emailing hspeppers9292@gmail.com with documentation. Documentation must include video evidence of package opening to show damage and/or incorrect orders. Your refund or replacement will not be approved if damage and/or incorrect order is shown after package opening due to not being able to prove if it was our error and/or shipping company's error.
